A few terms & conditions

• All visitors will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation for the date of the visit to gain admission to the park.
• Tickets will not be available on the day and members and those with prepaid, open dated tickets will also need to let us know that they are visiting by booking a place online.
• Tickets are for admission anytime from the arrival time you’ve selected to closing time on the day of your booking. You don’t have to arrive at the exact time stated on your ticket but please don’t arrive before the arrival time you’ve selected as we won’t be able to let you in.
• Please do not visit the park if you are self-isolating, are in a high risk group, are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms of coronavirus.
• We ask that during your visit you stay 2m apart from anyone who does not live in your household.
• For your own safety please don’t arrange to meet up with family and friends at the park.
